Product Description
The CrimpFit™ Coupler is a mechanical splice used to join non-threaded reinforcement bars using a hydraulic crimping process. This system creates a permanent, high-strength mechanical interlock for rebar splicing, making it ideal when lap length is not available in beams, columns, piles, or other RCC elements. The couplers are available for rebar sizes ranging from Ø16 mm to Ø40 mm.
This crimping process requires minimal equipment, offering a fast installation solution without welding, threads, or grout. The hydraulic press applies uniform pressure to the sleeve, creating a secure, full-strength connection that can withstand tension and cyclic loads, ensuring long-term durability in all types of construction.
